Radio circuit diagrams electronics projects

Radio circuit diagrams electronics projects for radio transmitter, radio receiver circuit, rf amplifiers, rf boosters and some other related RF circuits like: fm antenna booster, microwave transmitter and wireless modules.

MC1496 balanced modulator circuit

This circuit diagram shows the MC1496 IC in a balanced modulator circuit operating with +12 and –8 volt supplies. Excellent gain and carrier suppression can be obtained with this balanced modulator circuit by operating the upper (carrier) differential amplifiers at a saturated level and the lower differential amplifier in a linear mode. The recommended input signal levels are 60 mV rms for the carrier and 300 mV rms for the maximum modulating signal levels.

CB transmitter in 27MHz narrow band

A CB transmitter in 27MHz bandwidth can be built using this electronic scheme. The circuit is built using Motorola MC2833 integrated circuit - VHF transmitter with narrow band FM modulation and can be used as a wireless microphone.
Transmitter output power is about 10 mW (10 dBm), which, due to low efficiency, will result in effective radiated power less than 1 mW typical. Range of emitter is limited to 10 20 m

Radio remote receiver circuit diagram

This radio remote receiver is a super reaction with RF amplifier, T1, and works in UHF-FM band.
Antenna signal is applied on inductance to the BNC jack input, K1. The input is tuned with C4.
