12-13V step up power uspply from 2.5-5.5V using MAX17075
Using MAX17075 step up dc converter can be designed a simple step up dc power supply circuit that will provide a 12-13V DC from an 2.5 to 5 volts input voltage.
MAX17075 step up dc converter includes a high-voltage boost regulator, one high-current operational amplifier, two regulated charge pumps, and one MLG block for gate-driver supply modulation.
The step-up DC-DC converter is a 1.2MHz current mode boost regulator with a built-in power MOSFET. It provides fast load-transient response to pulsed loads while producing efficiencies over 85%.
