15V symmetric power supply circuit

This 15V symmetric power supply circuit has a pair of polarized Darlington amplifiers from a 1N4001 diode and can transform an unbalanced voltage of 30 V in a balanced voltage of ± 15 V. The voltage and current supplied by the symmetrical source depends on the type of output transistors used . With the use of specified components circuit can provide 1 A, in standby, the circuit consumes through diode a current about 12 mA.
